All the staff, physiotherapist and nurses in the operating theatre were very helpful, friendly and professional.
I was also contacted by the hospital to go for a Covid test 3 days before the operation.
Everything was arranged by the hospital in a very efficient and timely manner.

For a private hospital this place is pretty basic. the rooms are drab and the bed was unpleasant after surgery. ALL nurses 10 out 10, wonderful. Got a serious ticking off for swearing (deserved)
Most physiotherapy folks great, but really let down by 2 individuals, one of whom nearly got thumped for shouting at me.
Food is fine, but fruit and drinks not easily had.
